RRB Wrench Skilz Leadership Course

The RRB Wrench Skilz Leadership Course helps youth gain self-confidence and hands-on mechanical skills over a 3 month training workshop, led by our leadership team and head mechanic. A small group of youth participants will work RRB’s own fleet and learn and practice using professional grade Park Tools.

Classes will be held on weekday evenings twice a month to help them master common skill sets demanded for future employment. Youth graduates will receive a certificate of completion for their hard work and newly acquired Wrench Skilz. Along the way, they will continue to learn important self-leadership principles to anchor them in their life.

All must complete an application to be considered. Transportation to each class is required.
