I was one of the smallest guys of the group of 20, and I was definitely on the smallest bike. At first, I let it bother me and get in my head, but, from what they had taught me, I knew I had something to do with how my experience would turn out. It didn’t take me long to realize that I was in control. I hit amazing trails and got complimented by a lot of people. I even made a wrong turn down a huge, long hill and I climbed all the way back up! I am a creator.

The leaders at Red Rock Biker taught me how I can overcome obstacles in life through mountain biking. Riding trails on a mountain bike is awesome and has helped me to build self-confidence for my journey down the trail of life. The members of the leadership team are very patient and able to cater to everyone's needs regardless of skill level or experience.

I love to bike but I had never pushed myself like this before. There were a few times when the leadership team just walked the bike with me and really got to know me. I saw how much good they saw in me and it inspired me to get back on my bike and to believe in myself like they believed in me. They had me realize that I could do even more than I thought possible. The trails were incredible and I loved what I learned while riding.

On the trail I was challenged to do something that I thought I couldn't. I tried it and it wasn't pretty. I was frustrated for a minute but I applied the principle of getting back on my bike. Not only did I finish and enjoy, but I still look back at doing that one hard thing and it tells me I CAN!

Red Rock Biker leadership helped me prove to myself that I could do more than I realized. They saw a lot in me. I look back fondly at the biking, but the life principles I learned and the self-belief I gained are still here with me today and I am grateful for that! Danny was there to lift me up and teach me that, just like biking, life has its ups and its downs but as long as you keep following the trail and overcoming the obstacles (and having fun!), you will always make it to the end. Red Rock Biker is most definitely the best way to learn life and biking skills at the same time. I'd recommend it to anyone.
